Tina’s Journey To Enlightenment

Hi tribe, some of you may know me as an Energy Healer, others may know me as a holistic beauty therapist, some perhaps as a Reiki Master Teacher, an intuitive, or the creator of MODN Goddess skincare. I do wear all these hats and more, but I want to be vulnerable here and share more of who I really am.

I am a SOUL EMPOWERMENT FACILITATOR that has empowered herself through life as a vessel to Ascension, what does this mean? It means I have learnt to know and understand myself, through my life lessons and how to transform and grow stronger through them.

Looking back, it is hard to remember how my journey evolved, how the inner child evolved into an EMPOWERED woman, the child that was overly protected, not encouraged to be anything that resembled herself, her wishes, her dreams or to respect her own intelligence, even to be able to decide on the smallest details in her life, like how she dressed, how she spoke, how she presented to the world, I was totally molded to suit the stereotype of the good little Italian girl, who did what she was told to do always! I never once rebelled! I didn’t know any better.

It was only later in life that I realised how suppressed my spirit was, how disempowered I felt, how I had no voice, how I couldn’t make any decisions for myself, how I was always apologizing for no reason really, other than just for being myself. These emotions and deeply rooted self beliefs of not being good enough, held me back from being and doing what I was born to do!

Overtime, I have become so grateful for this upbringing, because I totally needed it to evolve, and I know my parents deeply loved me and were doing their best in fulfilling the contract we had made as Souls… But when did I begin to recognise, I was being led by my soul?

The problem is that you can’t FEEL it until you really DO! Until you can look back on your journey and wonder, how did I get where I am today, how on earth did I become this EMPOWERED, this sure of myself!

The answer is found in your journey, it’s in the detail, it’s in the lessons, in the expansion and retraction you feel within your soul, its within the deeper layers of your armour, that hides the already embodied soul, the all-knowing Soul, the Soul that is ready to be IGNITED to shine! The EMPOWERED SOUL is already within you, tapping at your shoulder, every day whispering in your ear! However, when we don’t know how to hear her, how to find her to journey with her, we get lost in the mind chatter of the ego, the part of us that is programmed to believe certain things about ourselves, the part that thinks it is keeping us safe, by keeping us small!

Through the journey of coming to peace with your life lessons, comes the understanding of how to balance your pain, by seeing the beauty. How to IGNITE your fire with the calmness of your mind. How to know your intuition clearly and how not to know and still being ok with that… trusting enough in yourself to keep going, because you are the EMPOWERED SOUL ever present, leading your cause, to your mission, your purpose!
